Benchmark data is collected from our own test infrastructure at regular intervals. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the data reflects real-world conditions in your specific environment. Network conditions, geographic location, and API provider changes can affect results.

TechDecide is provided "as-is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links on TechDecide are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up for a service through these links. This does not affect our rankings or recommendations. We maintain editorial independence and clearly label affiliate content.

5. Intellectual Property

The TechDecide name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The API benchmark data we generate is owned by TechDecide. Third-party API names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechDecide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms. Paid subscriptions will be refunded on a prorated basis if terminated by us.
